​On a 90-minute guided walk through the Historic Center, we will take you on a journey through time and learn about the historical facts and curiosities about the city of Paraty - recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, Gastronomy and Biodiversity. 

During the tour, we will guide you through the history of colonization and the indigenous peoples, the influence of Freemasonry on the development of the city, as well as the Caminho D’ Ouro and the cycle of Sugar Cane, Coffee and Pau Brasil.

At the end, take the opportunity to taste the most famous Paratiense delicacy - Cachaça Gabriela - produced exclusively here in the city of Paraty. Cachaça Gabriela was created in homage to the famous literary work by Jorge Amado ‘Gabriela, Cravo e Canela’. A sweet blend of white cachaça with honey, cloves and cinnamon make this delicacy a unique flavor experience - which can only be enjoyed here in Paraty!
