Booking Policy

Please pay attention to the scheduling deadline and follow all the rules for each service. Since each type of service has its own characteristics to be scheduled.
Scheduling of services is possible as long as there is availability on the requested date. Check availability before booking, especially if you already have a specific date in mind.
For an open period, rescheduling 7 days in advance is free of charge, depending on the availability of the scheduled service.
It is possible to change the schedule of your service according to its availability, free of charge for packages of the same or higher value.

PAYMENT POLICIES

The card used for payment must be in the name of the reservation holder or in the name of one of the companions.
It will be necessary to present the card used for the purchase together with the original document with foon the day of check-in. If you do not have the card in hand, the reservation will be canceled without refund.

Installment payment available for all services, but interest will be charged, and it is your responsibility to pay the same.
